The first of AH's three annual tree-lighting celebrations will take place in Stanhope this Friday, Nov. 28 at 6 p.m. outside the museum, located at 1123 North Shore Road beside the Administrative Office.

The Township of Algonquin Highlands is seeking applications from experienced, qualified people for the position of Public Works Supervisor.

Take Notice that the Township of Algonquin Highlands has received a complete application to amend the Township’s Zoning By-law. The site specific amendment applies to land located in Part of Lot 8, Concession 5, in the geographic Township of Stanhope, now in the Township of Algonquin Highlands. The civic address is 1041 Boshkung Lake Road (see key map).

The Township of Algonquin Highlands is seeking applications from qualified people for the permanent, full-time position of Sewage System Program Inspector/Administrator. 

Please be advised that the front entrance doors of the Algonquin Highlands Administrative Office (1123 North Shore Road) will be closed for maintenance on Wednesday, November 12 and Thursday, November 13. 

Please note the Algonquin Highlands Administrative Office at 1123 North Shore Road will be CLOSED on Tuesday, November 11 in observance of Remembrance Day. The Dorset Recreation Centre and AH Trails Office will also be CLOSED for the day on Nov. 11.
