Join instructor Mary An Blythe for this three-week class (Thursdays June 18, 25 and July 2) for a journey into the world of water colour. Classes take place at the Dorset Recreation Centre from 12: 30 to 3 p.m. and participants will paint a new piece each week.

The next municipal election will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026.  Elections Ontario is now responsible for maintaining the Permanent Register of Elections for Ontario municipal elections. The public survey for the County of Haliburton's community-wide Affordability and Governance Study is open until June 28! Residents and business owners are invited to share their thoughts and opinions on governance structure changes for the County and its four, lower-tier municipalities.
