Dorset Fire Station Foundation Repair and Stormwater Outlet CTY-AH-2026-1
PLEASE NOTE: To meet the mandatory eligibility requirements established by the Municipal Buy Ontario Procurement Directive, Bidders must submit a Domestic Supply Chain Plan (DSCP). The DSCP must identify the source and value for each Major Good/Service* required to complete the Contract, including goods and/or services supplied by subcontractors.
The Township of Algonquin Highlands is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to complete the following work at the Dorset Fire Station in the Township of Algonquin Highlands: waterproof the existing foundation wall; provide new subdrainage to effectively collect and outlet any groundwater to a designed catchment basin; and improve stormwater management at the westerly side of the property through the design and placement of an engineered and unique spillway situated at the base of the embankment.
