One of the larger hangars at Stanhope Municipal Airport is now available for lease.

There is still time to sign up for soapstone carving workshops in Algonquin Highlands this week!

Lloyd Stonehouse has been conducting soapstone carving seminars from coast to coast in Canada as well as internationally since the 1990s. He spends his summer paddling a canoe and offering soapstone workshops. Come and learn how to carve your own sculpture. All tools, stone and supplies are provided.

Please note the Dorset Recreation Centre will be closed on Wednesday, July 1 for Canada Day, reopening on Thursday, July 2.

The Township of Algonquin Highlands Parks, Recreation and Trails Department is seeking a Seasonal Trails Office Attendant to work out of the AH Trails Office on St. Nora Lake this summer.
