Statement regarding ongoing issues at Maple Lake

Council wishes to provide an update with respect to the ongoing matter of access to Maple Lake.

The Township is aware of a recent altercation involving members of the public regarding the subject lands. As a result of this incident and given that this matter is still before The Ontario Court of Justice, as well as the Superior Court of Ontario it is recommended that anyone attempting to traverse the subject lands to access Maple Lake do so with caution.
