The next regular meeting of Algonquin Highlands Council takes place this Thursday, March 5 commencing at 9 a.m. You can view the agenda, which includes a link to the livestream, here.

The next municipal election will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026 and AH residents are encouraged to ensure they're on the Voters List. 

Special Council meetings for the deliberation of the 2026 Algonquin Highlands Budget will take place Monday, February 23 and Tuesday, February 24, commencing at 9 a.m. 

Please note the AH Trails Office at 20130 Highway 35 will be OPEN for Family Day on Monday, February 16. 

The 34^th annual Dorset Snowball Winter Carnival takes place this weekend on Feb. 13 and 14.

Please note that Stanhope Gardens - the outdoor rink located behind the Stanhope Firefighters' Community Hall at 1095 North Shore Road - is open for the season as of Monday, December 15!
