ALGONQUIN HIGHLANDS VOTES: Nomination Day this Friday, August 21

This is the final week candidates can register for the October 26, 2026 municipal election! Nomination Day is this Friday, August 21 and after the 2 p.m. deadline, no new candidates may register. 

Candidates must file their paperwork in person at the Township of Algonquin Highlands Administrative Office at 1123 North Shore Road by appointment only. To book an appointment, please contact Clerk/Deputy CAO Dawn Newhook at 705-489-2379, Ext. 333 or dnewhook@algonquinhighlands.ca
