SERVICE DISRUPTION: Administrative Office Closure on Thursday, August 6
Please note the Algonquin Highlands Administrative Office will be closed for a portion of the day on Thursday, August 6 (approximately 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) to allow employees to attend a Countywide all-staff meeting.

Civic Holiday Hours at Algonquin Highlands Facilities
Please note that the Algonquin Highlands Administrative Office at 1123 North Shore Road will be CLOSED for the Civic Holiday on Monday, Aug. 3. The office will re-open to the public at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4. The Dorset Recreation Centre will also be closed on Monday, while the AH Trails Office will remain open.

The Township of Algonquin Highlands is seeking bids from qualified contactors for the rehabilitation of a portion of the historic Hawk Lake Log Chute.

Request for Tenders: Dorset Fire Station Foundation Repair and Stormwater Outlet
The Township of Algonquin Highlands is seeking bids from qualified contractors to complete the following work at the Dorset Fire Station in the Township of Algonquin Highlands: waterproof the existing foundation wall; provide new subdrainage to effectively collect and outlet any groundwater to a designed catchment basin; and improve stormwater management at the westerly side of the property through the design and placement of an engineered and unique spillway situated at the base of the embankment.
