TAKE NOTICE that there will be a Special Meeting of Council on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. 

The next regular meeting of Algonquin Highlands Council takes place this Thursday, October 16 commencing at 9 a.m. You can view the agenda, which includes a link to the livestream, here.

Please note that all four Algonquin Highlands waste disposal sites will transition to their winter hours beginning this Thursday, October 16. 

Please note the Algonquin Highlands Administrative Office at 1123 North Shore Road will be closed on Monday, October 13 for Thanksgiving, re-opening to the public on Tuesday, October 14 at 8 a.m.

The community is invited to the official opening ceremony for the new natural/green burial section of St. Stephen’s Cemetery on Sunday, October 19 at 1 p.m.
