Waste Disposal Sites - Winter hours begin Oct 16

All waste disposal sites change to winter operating hours on Thursday, October 16.

Winter Hours - October 16 to April 30:
Maple Lake - Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sun 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Pine Springs - Wed 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sun 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Dorset - Mon, Tue, Thu, and Sat 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sun 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Oxtongue - Wed 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sun 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Facility Rentals and Locations

There are three Community Centres located in Algonquin Highlands and they're available for group functions such as meetings, parties, workshops, dances and weddings!

We are now accepting reservations for Stanhope Fire Fighters Community Hall, Oxtongue Lake Community Centre and Dorset Recreation Centre. For more information or to make a reservation call 705-766-9968
