Short Term Rentals
The County of Haliburton's Short-Term Rental By-Law will come into effect on Oct. 1, 2024.
Residents may wish to review the following associated documentation. Completed and submitted versions of these forms will be a requirement to proceed with the licensing process under the new by-law:
The County conducted a thorough review of options in the creation of this by-law, a process entailing an extensive examination of municipal best practices as well as stakeholder engagement, including public surveys.
