Town hall meetings begin this week
Town hall meetings on the County’s Affordability and Governance Structure Study begin this week!
This is your chance to hear directly from the study’s consultants, and to make your voice heard.
Members of the public may attend any of the meetings, regardless of where they reside. No registration is required.
The meetings will take place as follows:
• Tuesday, Aug. 25: Haliburton Legion, 6 to 8 p.m.
• Wednesday, Aug. 26: Minden Hills Community Centre, 6 to 8 p.m.
• Thursday, Aug. 27: Lloyd Watson Centre in Wilberforce, 6 to 8 p.m.
• Monday, Aug. 31: Stanhope Firefighters’ Community Hall, 6 to 8 p.m.
• Wednesday, Aug. 26: Minden Hills Community Centre, 6 to 8 p.m.
• Thursday, Aug. 27: Lloyd Watson Centre in Wilberforce, 6 to 8 p.m.
• Monday, Aug. 31: Stanhope Firefighters’ Community Hall, 6 to 8 p.m.
