The next municipal election takes place Monday, October 26, 2026.

You can ensure you are on the Voters List and that your information is updated here. Your information will be submitted to the Clerk for review. If further information is required, the Clerk will contact you.

You will be required to upload acceptable ID (i.e., a driver's licence) showing your name and qualifying address in Algonquin Highlands. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a seasonal resident, you will be required to upload a piece of ID, along with documentation showing your qualifying address in Algonquin Highlands (i.e., a tax bill, utility bill, etc.)

SERVICE DISRUPTION: Stanhope Municipal Airport - Sept. 21

Please note the runway at the Stanhope Municipal Airport will be closed between 6:30 and 9 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 21 to allow for training by Algonquin Highlands Fire Services. If residents spot emergency vehicles at the airport during this time, there's no need for alarm - it's simply members of AHFS honing their skills!
