The County of Haliburton has launched a community-wide Affordability and Governance Structure Study that will look at ways to simplify government processes and provide better value for taxpayers.

Residents and business owners are invited to take this public survey until June 28. There will be a series of public open houses throughout the County in late June, including one at the Dorset Recreation Centre on Thursday, June 25 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Season passes are available to the Dorset Scenic Lookout Tower!

A season pass is incredibly affordable at just $30.95, inclusive of taxes, and is the best value for return visitors - it pays for itself after just three visits by car! Take in the breath-taking views until the end of October, and gain access to the public water refill station at the site.
