The next municipal election takes place Monday, October 26, 2026.

You can ensure you are on the Voters List and that your information is updated here. Your information will be submitted to the Clerk for review. If further information is required, the Clerk will contact you.

You will be required to upload acceptable ID (i.e., a driver's licence) showing your name and qualifying address in Algonquin Highlands. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a seasonal resident, you will be required to upload a piece of ID, along with documentation showing your qualifying address in Algonquin Highlands (i.e., a tax bill, utility bill, etc.)

Line Dancing at the Dorset Recreation Centre

Join instructor Jacqui Bell for beginner line dancing lessons at the Dorset Recreation Centre from mid-September through early October

Sessions will take on Mondays Sept. 14, 21 and 28, as well as Monday Oct. 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. The cost for the four-week course is $60 plus HST. While classes are aimed are beginners, they may also be a good fit for those looking to improve their technique.
