Fall Colours Fly-In: Saturday, September 27
One of the Township's most popular events of the year returns to the Stanhope Municipal Airport from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27! Mark your calendars for the Fall Colours Fly-In!
There will be a fantastic array of aircraft including a vintage aircraft display, classic and unique automobiles, live music, food trucks, artists and artisans selling their works, face-painting and much more! For a fee, you can take in the stunning Haliburton Highlands foliage from above with an airplane or helicopter ride. General admission is free. And don't forget to purchase your Stanhope Municipal Airport T-shirt; T-shirt sales help to support events at the Airport.
Pilots only are invited to camp overnight on-site on Friday, Sept. 26. A rain date has been scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 28.
