Call for Volunteers: Fall Colours Fly-In - Sept. 26
The Stanhope Municipal Airport Advisory Committee is seeking volunteers to assist with a few functions during the Fall Colours Fly-In from on Saturday, Sept. 26!
For pilots or those with aviation experience, we are looking for assistance with aircraft tours and/or aircraft parking on the apron. We are also seeking help transporting visitors by vehicle to and from the airfield for aircraft rides.
If you're not an aviator, there are still ways to help out! We are looking for assistance with cooking and food preparation, selling airport merchandise, and general parking.
The fly-in takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Volunteering for a few hours at a fly-in is a fun way to spend a Saturday, and meet some new people!
