This map indicates when properties are scheduled for inspection. Property owners will be notified by mail that it is time to book an inspection. Letters will be send out in the spring, in the year your property is scheduled for inspection.
The map below shows the Septic Re-Inspection zones for each year from 2018 to 2022.
Zone A (yellow area of map) properties were scheduled for inspection in 2018 and included properties located in the southeast corner of the Township including Stanhope and Carnarvon.
Zone B (orange area of map) properties were scheduled for inspection in 2019 and included properties located in the southwest corner of the Township with the primary area being Stanhope.
Zone C (green area of map) properties were scheduled for inspection in 2020; however participation was voluntary due to COVID-19. Zone C included properties within the central area of the Township including Stanhope and Sherborne. Property owners that did not book a re-inspection in 2020 were deferred to 2021 at which time, participation will be mandatory.
Zone D (pink area of map) properties are scheduled for inspection in 2021 and mainly include the northeast area of the Township including Sherborne. The Kawagama Lake area has been included within this zone on a voluntary basis. Kawagama Lake area property owners that do not participate in 2021 will be deferred to 2022 at which time, participation will be mandatory.
Zone E (purple area of map) properties are scheduled for inspection in 2022 and include properties in the northeast corner of the Township including McClintock, Livingstone, Lawrence & Nightingale
