NOTICE: Landfill User ID Cards

Please note: new landfill user ID cards were included with your interim tax bill (mailed mid February 2021).  These bright orange cards are valid from May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2023.

Replacement landfill user ID cards are available from the Township office located at 1123 North Shore Road.  The office is open 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

If you wish to have a card mailed to you please send an e-mail with the following information to have your request processed:

Your name:
Property Address:
Property Roll number
(found on your tax bill):
Mailing Address
(include city and postal code):
Reason for request (e.g. new owner, lost card, etc.):

Please note: 

  • If you are a tenant, please contact the owner of the property to provide you with your landfill user ID card.
  • If you are a new owner, the Township issues landfill ID cards when we are notified of property ownership changes.  This process can take some time as we must wait to receive notification which can take as long as 6-8 weeks.

If you wish to request a card via phone, please call 705-489-2379 ext. 332 and leave a message with your name, property address and mailing address.
