The following are examples of convictions and charges laid under the authority of various municipal by-laws and provincial statutes in the Frost Centre and Poker Lakes Areas:

Date Offence
June 20, 2009 4 Campers fined $950 for occupying location other than campsite, littering, damage trees, have campfire in undesignated location at Big East Lake.
June 6, 2009 Camper fined $300 for littering on Sherborne Lake Access Road
August 3, 2008 8 Campers paid $1600.00 as compensation and issued a camping ban for 2 years for occupying campsite without permit, cut live trees, deposit litter, obstruct use of campsite and obstruct peace officer in the Poker Lakes Area.
August 17, 2007 Camper fined $200 for occupying location other than campsite
August 06, 2007 Camper fined $200 for occupying campsite other than on permit
May 26, 2007 Cottager fined $6,745.21 for a fire that burned .22 hectares of the Frost Centre  Management Area
August 18, 2006 Campers fined $200 for making excessive noise
August 5, 2006 Campers fined $200 for occupying location other than campsite
August 5, 2006 Campers fined $650 for unlawfully damaging and cutting trees
July 18, 2006 Campers fined $100 for excessive number of persons occupying campsite
July 2, 2006 Campers fined $200 for failing to leave campsite in neat and tidy condition
July 1, 2005 Campers fined $400 for failing to extinguish fire at campsite
December 4, 2003 Campers fined $1,750 for depositing garbage on crown land
August 8, 2003 Campers fined $1,000 for depositing garbage on crown land
